Provides participants with an opportunity to complete a comprehensive life inventory, envision the future, and develop a personal mission and an in-depth plan for the next stage of your life to help you live life with purpose and passion.
is a program that teaches you the principles of emotional maturity, allowing you to become a person who conquers life rather than being reactive to it.
was created to help graduates of Life Quest and Life Strategies sustain and deepen the changes they have committed to. Participants meet as a group to share successes, review key concepts from each program, and clarify commitments for the upcoming month.
is a strong one-on-one relationship that engages an individual in a deep and honest exploration of his or her goals and the actions required to accomplish them. Coaching supports, challenges, and holds the client accountable to make consistent progress towards the realization of their most important aspirations.
